When will my order ship?

Every order ships within five business days of your purchase. The moment it's on its way, you'll get an email letting you know.

When should I order so it arrives by Christmas?

Order by December 3. That's the deadline for everything in the shop, custom pieces included, and it applies in Canada and the US alike. After December 3 I can't promise delivery in time for Christmas.

What should I know about the original paintings?

Each original is an acrylic painting on canvas, 16 x 20 inches, signed, and framed in a brown wood floater frame, ready to hang.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

All sales are final. That said, if a piece doesn't suit you once it's home, email me and I'll gladly exchange it or refund it toward something that fits you better. Please pack any return carefully. I can't take responsibility for damage that happens on a return shipment, and mugs damaged by improper packing can't be replaced or refunded.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email me within seven business days of the piece arriving, with photos of the packaging and the piece, and I'll arrange a replacement.

What about orders outside Canada?

Customs duties, taxes and fees for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
